ruff ryder event tonight !

hey ppl i know i have not wrote in a while but i have just been on my grind preparing for everything to come...new venue's all over as you can see from 2010 i told you i would be making a ton of changes...even a venue that i had a long time relationship i let go to build on what i have in store for this coming year.ruff ryder's has given me a chance to do something that i have always dreamed of and that is to find the next new artist to make it in this industry...again i always say this to artist's.there are a lot of you out there and just because you sound like whoever it maybe doesn't mean you are gona sell records or be marketable.remember if you are like someone that doesn't give you anything to run with.also remember am gona be meeting thousands of artist's over the next few months don't expect in a week even if you have what we are looking for to be on the radio and making all this money...the game doesn'twork like that and everything takes time.so artist's step your game up to the next level step outside the box you are in and look inside at yourself as a person in my shoe's...listen to your work and pretend you are hearing it in front of thousands of peopleright now....do you think they wil be going crazy?is there a connection that you are making with the artist can the story he tell you in his words get a visual in your mind?theseare somethings that made artist's like biggie,jay z,nas,rakim,grandmaster flash and all the greatest artist's alive what they are today...there has to be that connection ...and now the game has been so blah i haventheard a classic record since the 90's...i want the next artist i bring into this music industry to be able to bring me one of those classic records.it's not about looksor what you rocking its what you are saying!and this goes for everyone cause remember ruff ryder's is making a new movement this year we are in search of pop,rock,dance,reggae,latin,rnb and of course hip hop artist's.but i just wanted to explain a little more in how the process was gona be and what to and not to expect.ruff ryder's has always been about family and we want are family to grow but we need the right people.with this said i wish you guys all the best luck and looking forward to meting everyone world wide may 6 if my official start date hitting the rd and April 24 be sure to join us for are official launch party more info on the way for that as well as am trying to decide where to have my b day party at too ...hahahha k guys am out ...ruff ryder's!!!! we back on are grind
